Student Travel Assistance

Financial assistance is available to support COM students enrolled at a Canadian University who travel more than 500 Km to the conference. Requests are pooled and a limited number of students will be selected to receive funds. Priority will be given to CIM undergraduate students at a Canadian University.

Students are advised approximately one month prior to the conference and the ceiling budget for travel is $500. Any request by a student for MetSoc travel funding must include a letter of support from their current supervisor.

Criteria:

• Travel more than 500 Km to conference
• Students must be attending a Canadian University
• Letter of support from their supervisor
