COVID-19 and COM 2023

The Metallurgy and Materials Society of CIM is planning for a full in-person conference in Toronto, Ontario in August 2023.​

Currently, all participants and speakers are expected to attend in person at the event.  We may stream virtually some on-demand (pre-recorded) presentations during or after the conference for a registration fee.  Should local health restrictions dictate our need to convert the conference to be 100% virtual, similar to COM 2020-2021, then these laws will be applied at that time.

Current Situation as of September 2022

• The vaccination passport is no longer required to access a place or to do an activity.
