Poster Presentation Regulations
The poster session is an excellent way for participants to present their findings in an interactive format that facilitates networking. Presenters show up on-site with their printed posters and a staff member will indicate your poster location.
NOTE THAT ANY POSTER AUTHOR NOT REGISTERED BY MAY 15 Will BE REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM.

Schedule

- Set-up: Monday, July 7, 8:00 to 15:00
- Viewing
- Tuesday, July 8, 08:00 to 18:00
- Wednesday, July 9, 08:00 to 18:00
- Thursday, July 10, 08:00 to 12:00
- There will be a student poster judging hour, to be determined at a later date
- Tear-down: Thursday, July 10, 12:00-17:00*
*Any posters left behind will be disposed of.

Proceedings and Conference Program
- Please note that no papers from posters will appear in the proceedings.
- To ensure your poster appears in the conference mobile app, you must register with payment by May 15.
Onsite Poster Instructions
(Subject to Change)
- There is no template, presenters can use their institution logos but must adhere to the sizing recommendation.
- Poster size – Maximum 90 X 120 cm (3ft wide X 4ft tall). Each board will be shared with another presenter.
- Readability – The chosen background and font colors must have enough contrast to be easily legible from a distance of 3 ft.
- The author’s name, institution and the title of the paper should be included on the top section of the poster.
- Materials for displaying the posters will be provided.
Recording Poster Presentation
- Update poster online: The mobile app allows registered attendees to view presentations that they may have missed, so poster presenters must upload their poster. For best results, submit your poster as a high-resolution PDF in landscape format. Ideal virtual poster dimensions are 1920 px by 1080 px. Log in to the Abstract Submission site to upload your poster.
- You have the option to record a video to accompany your poster. Please do not exceed the 15-minute time limit. Log in to the Abstract Submission site, locate the red “Record Presentation” button. Follow the instructions for recording. Posters and videos can be submitted at the same time or separately.
- Please have your poster uploaded and the optional video recording uploaded by June 15.
