Recording your presentation by August 15
Please plan to have your video recorded and uploaded by August 15, 2022. We require time to check every video to ensure a smooth virtual experience. Take advantage of the opportunity to practice and re-record your presentation as many times as you need to feel satisfied from the comfort of your home or office.
Log in to the online portal above, where you will find the Record/Upload presentation button in Red in your profile.
Recording Instruction Tools
We highly recommend you use the most current version of Google Chrome to record your presentation through the virtual conference platform for best results and to avoid errors. If you are more comfortable recording on another platform (e.g., Zoom, Webex, GoToMeeting, or PowerPoint), upload the MP4 file using the Upload Presentation Video button.
For details on how to record your virtual presentation using the virtual conference platform tool, please watch the video within this support document or paste this link into your browser: https://support.x-cd.com/portal/en/kb/articles/record-a-presentation-in-the-submission-platform.
Please do not exceed the 15-minute time limit. Doing so may result in a request that you re-record your presentation, which we prefer not to do.
Poster Presenters Guidelines
Onsite Poster Regulations
Recording your Poster
You have the option to record a video to accompany your poster. To do so, log in to the submission portal above. Locate the red “Record Presentation” button. Follow the instructions for recording. We highly recommend that you review the brief video in the Recording Instruction Tools section below. Posters and videos can be submitted at the same time or separately.
Deadline
Please plan to have your poster uploaded and optional video recorded and uploaded by August 15, 2022. We require time to check every video to ensure a smooth virtual experience. If you opt to submit a video, take advantage of the opportunity to practice and re-record your presentation as many times as you need to feel satisfied from the comfort of your home or office.
We hope you will upload and record your materials well before the deadline. This will allow for better customer service and support, as well as avoid potential slow-downs or web disruptions that cannot be anticipated during heavy upload periods.
